Amr Shaker is a 55 years old businessman who has always struggled with his weight. In 2019, after reaching his highest weight and after discovering he isn't able to run for 500m, he signed up for Ironman 70.3 that was taking place in 10 months. What he thought was tough, felt impossible after the first training session and then Covid 19 hit once he started to train, making him unable to meet his trainers or to train in a group, adding another challenge to his journey. 
This film tells the story of how sports changed Amr and his life, how he dealt with the challenges, and what he dreams of today.
